Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth organization, the remote License and Credentialing Specialist will manage the licensing and credentialing process for providers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the licensing and credentialing process for all contracted providers, adhering to relevant laws and company standards
• Manages the Modio licensing and credentialing database, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for analysis
• Oversees the electronic credentials application process, ensuring timely distribution and processing for health system clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credentialing or related duties
• Proficiency in Modio Health credentialing software or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures
• Experience with Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookup functions
• Ability to develop policy and procedure documentation
