Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Managing clinician files in a temporary full-time remote capacity, the Credentialing Specialist will ensure compliance with baseline and facility requirements, assist in obtaining necessary credentials, and maintain communication regarding assignment statuses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in obtaining credentials, ensuring all compliance requirements are met for assignments
• Maintain clear communication about assignment risks and ensure timely responses to requests
• Serve as a mentor to trainees and participate in cross-training sessions to support shared services

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience and/or training
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with occupational health
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
