Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the accurate and timely credentialing of healthcare providers, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will manage provider enrollment applications, ensure compliance with documentation, and coordinate with insurance networks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications for insurance networks and credentialing organizations
• Maintain organized credentialing records and ensure accurate data entry in credentialing software
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance payers, communicating updates on credentialing processes

Required qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of provider enrollment and credentialing experience
• Basic knowledge of credentialing processes and healthcare regulations
• Proficiency in CAQH profile management and NPPES/PECOS enrollment tools
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with credentialing software and US payer processes is an advantage
