Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health organization, the remote Credentialing Specialist will manage health plan enrollment applications for Medicaid and Commercial payors, ensuring timely completion and resolution of credentialing delays.
Key responsibilities
- Complete health plan enrollment applications for group and individual submissions
- Communicate with providers to gather necessary information for credentialing applications
- Monitor application progress and propose solutions for resolving credentialing delays and rejections
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in health plan enrollment preferred
- Experience with Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and Salesforce
