Credentialing Specialist - WI Licensed

Job Summary

To support provider enrollment and credentialing activities, the full-time Credentialing Specialist - WI Licensed will manage external provider applications, maintain up-to-date records, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Process provider enrollment applications and maintain accurate file information across multiple systems
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with internal teams and external payer groups
• Monitor and respond to inquiries regarding network status and provider affiliations

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and sound judgment
• Ability to perform essential job functions either on-site or remotely
• Strong written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
