Credentialing Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Credentialing Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the credentialing process, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards while managing performance metrics and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of Compliance to align departmental initiatives and operational targets
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and compliance of provider enrollment and credentialing processes
• Implement continuous process improvements and maintain contractual credentialing information for all networks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience in the dental field and supervisory roles
• Working knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations and credentialing standards
• Understanding of dental insurance products and industry trends
• Proven experience in process and project management
