Credentialing Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure compliance and operational integrity, the full-time remote Credentialing Supervisor will manage provider onboarding, maintain audit-ready records, and oversee the Credentialing team while collaborating with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee initial credentialing and recredentialing processes, including primary source verification and communication of application statuses
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the Credentialing team, providing training and functional supervision to ensure efficient operations
• Participate in the Quality Management Committee and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding cycle times and compliance

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must have credentialing experience within a healthcare or insurance setting
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills
