Credentialing Supervisor with CPC Certification

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare program, the remote Credentialing Supervisor with CPC Certification will manage credentialing workflows, develop effective strategies based on data analysis, and oversee compliance standards while maintaining communication with providers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Relay timely and accurate credentialing reports and compliance status updates to management
• Oversee credentialing quality and compliance standards to ensure provider satisfaction and regulatory adherence
• Monitor credentialing workflows and application queues, addressing delays and implementing corrective actions as needed

Required qualifications:

• Graduate/post-graduate with CPC/COC/CCS/CCS-P Certification by AAPC/AHIMA
• Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on medical coding and credentialing experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team of credentialing specialists
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for improvement
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
