Credit Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting commercial credit and collections activities, the remote Credit Analyst will review and process credit applications, manage customer accounts, and assist with collections while working Central Time Zone hours in a contract role with potential for permanent hire.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process commercial credit applications and verify trade and bank references
- Conduct credit reviews, recommend credit limits, and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc credit and accounts receivable reports while providing exceptional customer service
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial credit and collections experience
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with credit and reporting tools such as D&B, Experian, and Get Paid
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
