Credit Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting portfolio management in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Credit Analyst II will analyze large agricultural accounts for creditworthiness, evaluate repayment capacity, and assist with financial reporting and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large agricultural accounts and conduct thorough credit reviews to provide informed underwriting recommendations
• Evaluate financial statements, tax returns, and industry trends to assess customer creditworthiness and repayment capacity
• Support collections efforts by identifying and analyzing assets tied to past-due accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, banking, or agricultural lending
• Strong skills in financial statement and cash flow analysis
• Knowledge of credit underwriting and risk assessment practices
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or an agriculture-related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for financial analysis
