Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Credit and Collections function for the AMER region, the full-time remote Credit and Collections Manager will manage day-to-day operations, develop team members, and oversee credit assessment and collections strategies to improve cash performance and reduce risk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Credit and Collections operations, ensuring clear priorities and service levels
• Oversee credit assessment, limit management, collections, and dispute resolution processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align credit decisions and enhance financial performance

Required qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or related finance operations
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
• Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, and related accounting controls
• Experience in a multinational or complex operational environment
