Credit and Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Credit and Collections Specialist, the full-time position will manage accounts receivable by reducing aging balances, communicating with customers, and preparing updates for leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow SOPs to reduce aging AR balances over 60 days
• Outreach to customers via phone, email, and letters to resolve accounts
• Document activities and prepare placement packages for potential litigation

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in call center, customer service, collections, or healthcare billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dedicated workspace with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
