Analyzing creditworthiness for new and established customers, the full-time remote Credit Associate will review financial statements, assess credit reports, and make recommendations regarding credit applications.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess applicants' creditworthiness
- Evaluate risk levels associated with extending credit based on financial data and market conditions
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial statement analysis
- Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in credit analysis or a related role is advantageous
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools
