Credit Bureau Reporting Supervisor
Job Summary
Providing leadership and supervision to the Credit Bureau Reporting and Corrections team, the full-time remote Credit Bureau Reporting Supervisor will manage workflow, oversee loan servicing activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage workflow and assignments for the Credit Reporting Correction & Dispute team to meet service standards
- Oversee processing of borrower correspondence related to electronic credit disputes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of experience in customer mortgage servicing or financial services, including one year in a senior or team lead role
- Familiarity with credit reporting and FCRA requirements
- Experience with relevant industry-specific software applications
- Knowledge of Metro 2 format is a plus
