Credit Controller

Job Summary

To support the finance team during a system transition, the temporary hybrid Credit Controller will manage collections, assist with ledger clean-up, and ensure data accuracy while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Chase overdue invoices and manage customer correspondence in Upflow
• Resolve invoice queries and escalate high-risk accounts to the line manager
• Carry out customer account reconciliations and assist in cleansing customer master data

Required qualifications

• 2+ years recent experience with Xero
• 3+ years of credit control experience, including collections and dispute resolution
• Extensive account and bank reconciliation experience
• Experience managing multi-currency AR ledgers across multiple entities
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups and pivots
