Credit Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Credit Representative will utilize advanced technology to communicate with consumers via phone, live chat, email, and text, focusing on negotiating payment agreements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with consumers through various communication channels to assist with collections and negotiate payment arrangements
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and resolve concerns
• Participate in training to develop negotiation and sales techniques applicable across industries

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of 1st or 3rd party collections experience
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, quiet workspace at home during work hours
• Reliable internet connection of 50 MB or more, hard-wired to the company PC
• Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type at least 25 words per minute
• Must have a personal cell phone for security application installation and be present in a virtual work environment via webcam during work hours
