Credit Risk Manager
Job Summary
To support a dynamic risk team, the full-time remote Credit Risk Manager will develop and execute credit risk strategies to optimize portfolio performance across multiple loan products while serving as the primary subject matter expert on credit decisioning processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and enhance credit risk strategies to reduce defaults and improve revenue performance
- Conduct portfolio analysis to identify credit trends and perform root-cause analysis
- Forecast financial impacts of strategy changes on credit losses and receivables
Required qualifications
- BS or higher in a quantitative discipline or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in credit risk analytics within financial services
- Advanced experience in SQL and relational databases
- Working knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
