Credit Service Representative

Job Summary

To support an efficient credit workflow, the full-time Credit Service Representative will investigate, verify, and analyze credit information while communicating with customers and internal teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer-centric inbound and outbound communication that adheres to company quality standards
• Investigate and verify credit, employment, and financial information to support mortgage underwriting
• Deliver timely and accurate information to customers and internal teams while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• Experience in the financial services or mortgage services industry
• Strong understanding of credit services, reports, and regulatory considerations
• Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Ability to interpret complex credit scenarios such as foreclosure and bankruptcy
• Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred
