Overseeing the credit review and approval process for prospective customers, the full-time Credit Specialist will manage credit applications, conduct analyses, and collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze credit applications across various business lines to make lending decisions
- Organize and maintain credit review documentation for compliance and record-keeping purposes
- Collaborate with branch staff and the Credit Manager to communicate credit decisions and support customer onboarding
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, finance, or lending
- Knowledge in economics, accounting, and finance with the ability to analyze risk
- Experience working with liens is preferred
- Proficient in using credit verification tools and systems
