Job Summary
Overseeing the credit review and approval process for prospective customers, the full-time Credit Specialist will conduct comprehensive credit analyses and manage documentation while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review credit applications for all customers across various business lines and retain organized documentation for compliance
- Champion the credit report pull process and analyze business credit reports to determine lending decisions
- Collaborate with branch staff and the Credit Manager to ensure thorough credit reviews and timely customer onboarding
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, finance, or lending
- Knowledgeable in economics, accounting, and finance with the ability to analyze risk
- Experience working with liens is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment
