Credit Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the credit review and approval process for prospective customers, the full-time Credit Specialist will manage credit applications, conduct credit analyses, and collaborate with branch staff in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve credit applications for rental, sales, and materials business lines
• Organize and maintain credit review documentation for compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with the Credit Manager and branch staff to communicate credit decisions and support customer onboarding

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, finance, or lending
• Knowledge of economics, accounting, and finance with risk analysis capability
• Experience with liens is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
