Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Union Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and relationship management of credit union partners for their Medicare partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation process for new credit union partners from kickoff to full program deployment
  • Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for credit union stakeholders and collaborate with local Medicare agents for training and education
Required Qualifications

  • Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
  • Prior experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software like Asana
  • Passion for helping others make informed decisions regarding retirement and healthcare
