Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credit Union Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and relationship management of credit union partners for their Medicare partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation process for new credit union partners from kickoff to full program deployment
- Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation
- Serve as the main point of contact for credit union stakeholders and collaborate with local Medicare agents for training and education
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or partner success roles
- Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
- Prior experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making
- Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software like Asana
- Passion for helping others make informed decisions regarding retirement and healthcare
