Creditor Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the growing Creditor Relations Team, the full-time Creditor Relations Specialist will partner with creditors to secure settlements, implement standard operating procedures, and provide ongoing support, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with creditors through the list exchange process to secure settlements
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for each process
• Provide ongoing support for creditors and collaborate with engineering on process changes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or people support roles
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on collaboration and service
