Crisis Response Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Response Operations function, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Business Resilience Response Operations will own the crisis response program, manage on-call incident command responsibilities, and enable coordinated responses during significant events.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the crisis response program by setting strategy, standards, and operating cadences for readiness
• Assume Incident Commander responsibilities during on-call shifts and significant event escalations
• Produce decision-grade artifacts, including SitReps and executive briefings, while driving continuous improvement through exercises and training

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in crisis/incident management, business resilience, or technology operations leadership, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience owning a corporate crisis management or incident management program
• Demonstrated capability in incident command and managing customer-facing incidents
• Experience in building and leading teams, including hiring and performance management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
