Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Analyst to join their enrollment marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email communication flows for prospective students and stakeholders
- Recommend and implement email communication strategies, including segmentation and dynamic content
- Maintain Salesforce dashboards and manage CRM data loads/exchanges with third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience with Marketing and CRM systems
- Strong background in marketing campaign execution
- Demonstrated skills in CRM (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) utilization
- Technical knowledge of report writing, query tools, SQL, and HTML
