CRM and Retention Associate
Job Summary
Supporting daily operations, the full-time CRM and Retention Associate will manage email and SMS campaign execution, maintain list health, and optimize lifecycle flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Maintain clean and compliant send lists, performing quality assurance on all campaigns
- Support the optimization of core lifecycle flows and transactional templates, ensuring brand consistency and compliance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo and comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams
- A keen eye for brand consistency and design accuracy
