A company is looking for a CRM & Workforce Management Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance CRM and Workforce Management tools to support a high-performing customer experience team
  • Ensure full functionality of the CRM tool and manage the Workforce Management tool for accuracy and optimization
  • Develop workflows and automation to streamline processes and provide actionable insights into customer interactions and workforce trends
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM administration and Workforce Management systems
  • Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting
  • Expertise in workflow automation and integrations
  • Experience in analyzing customer support metrics to drive decisions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute system improvements
