- Maintain and enhance CRM and Workforce Management tools to support a high-performing customer experience team
- Ensure full functionality of the CRM tool and manage the Workforce Management tool for accuracy and optimization
- Develop workflows and automation to streamline processes and provide actionable insights into customer interactions and workforce trends
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in CRM administration and Workforce Management systems
- Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting
- Expertise in workflow automation and integrations
- Experience in analyzing customer support metrics to drive decisions
- Strong project management skills and ability to execute system improvements
