CRM Campaign Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the planning and execution of Email and SMS campaigns, the full-time CRM Campaign Manager will manage campaign strategy, deployment, and performance analysis for Banter, collaborating closely with other CRM Managers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own Email and SMS programs to drive year-over-year revenue and list growth, including calendar approvals and performance management
• Collaborate on creative briefs and ensure successful execution and delivery of email campaigns
• Manage CRM governance related to best practices for pop-ups, email, and SMS communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Email and SMS execution, preferably in a retail environment
• Familiarity with email builds, deliverability best practices, and audience segmentation
• Strong experience with marketing automation tools and channel execution platforms
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
