CRM Lead Specialist
Job Summary
Managing a team of Specialists, the full-time CRM Lead Specialist will oversee production quality and delivery for CRM client migration projects and ongoing retainers, ensuring high standards in both creative and technical execution while working remotely during EST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Own production oversight across all CRM client migration projects and retainers, ensuring timely and standard delivery
- Conduct deep quality assurance on all deliverables produced by the Specialist team, enforcing execution standards consistently
- Directly manage 3-4 CRM Specialists, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans while addressing performance and workload issues
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in Klaviyo-centric CRM execution and familiarity with ESP/SMS platforms and migration methodologies
- Proven experience in producing and QA'ing complex email/SMS builds, segmentation, and automations
- Experience managing or mentoring specialists across creative and technical disciplines
- Comfort with AI tools in production workflows and a curiosity about their impact on CRM work
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and production streams simultaneously
