CRM Process Manager
Job Summary
To support a large Pharma client, the remote contracted CRM Process Manager will manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM capabilities, translating business needs into requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and driving agile execution to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver assigned CRM capabilities from discovery through release and maintenance
- Translate business needs into prioritized product features and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage and refine the backlog to align with stakeholder priorities and quarterly planning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management or technology strategy, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Veeva
- Experience with AI-supported product management techniques
- Proven ability to foster cross-functional alignment and manage stakeholder relationships
