CRM Software Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on developing and integrating enterprise CRM solutions, the full-time remote CRM Software Engineer will customize and automate Zoho CRM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enhance system functionality through scripting and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements
- Develop custom solutions and integrations using Zoho Deluge, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Assist with data migration projects and provide technical support for system maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of experience in CRM development or software engineering, preferably with Zoho CRM
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and third-party system integrations
- Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML
- Experience with CRM customization, workflow design, and data migration processes
