CRM Solution Architect
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end design and architecture of CRM solutions, the full-time CRM Solution Architect will leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to translate business requirements into scalable and integrated solutions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems
- Design robust data architecture, including data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience, with strong experience in solution architecture
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience in CRM solution design, integration architecture, and data architecture
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and CRM architecture principles
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define practical, scalable solutions
