CRM Solutions Architect
Job Summary
Driving the technology vision and architecture for CRM platforms, the full-time remote CRM Solutions Architect will lead the design of scalable and integrated solutions to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams while providing technical direction and leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives to meet diverse business needs across various teams
- Design end-to-end CRM architecture, ensuring integration with core enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders and external partners, translating business needs into effective CRM solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation, with expertise in delivering complex solutions
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a technical architect, leading design initiatives for large-scale CRM solutions
- Strong data modeling and relational database knowledge, with an understanding of CRM data architecture
- Ability to quickly learn new CRM features and establish a vision for their adoption within the organization
