CRM Strategist
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and adoption of CRM tools, the full-time CRM Strategist will manage CRM platforms, lead user training, and promote best practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultation and best practices for CRM systems across departments
- Analyze client business requirements and workflows to enhance student marketing initiatives
- Lead CRM maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and create user training materials while communicating updates effectively
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce, Slate, Element451, or similar CRM systems
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Proven track record of driving collaborative decisions and resolving conflicts
