CRO Executive

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Contractor CRO Executive will collaborate with Senior CRO Consultants to develop optimization strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee account initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics and customer insights, developing clear recommendations for improvements
• Own assigned initiatives from identification through to launch, coordinating work across CRO, Design, and Development teams
• Engage actively in client communications, preparing agendas and updates while progressively leading client meetings

Required qualifications

• Experience with Shopify and GA4 or similar analytics tools
• Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation programs
• A proactive approach to ownership and project coordination
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate observations into practical recommendations
• An interest in evolving into a CRO Consultant role with responsibility for strategy and client accounts
