Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, the full-time remote Crop Protection Pricing Manager will analyze market trends, collaborate with business leaders, and oversee the bid process to maximize profitability and ensure competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and research to monitor price fluctuations and customer demand
- Collaborate with sales leaders and procurement to align pricing strategies with market conditions
- Develop and implement pricing strategies using market data and organizational best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- 8+ years of related experience and/or training in pricing strategy and market analysis
- Proven experience with financial modeling and pricing software, including segmentation and Advisor 3.0
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
