Crypto Fund Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of a global cryptoasset investment firm, the full-time Crypto Fund Operations Manager will manage fund operations, oversee reporting processes, and collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and scalable operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the fund valuation process and ensure timely, accurate investor reporting
• Oversee client onboarding processes and coordinate AML/KYC activities
• Maintain and evolve Operational Risk Frameworks and manage third-party risk assessments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience in Crypto, TradFi, and/or FinTech, with at least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
• Demonstrated success in change management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with adaptability to changing priorities
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ownership mentality with a structured, process-driven approach to continuous improvement
