Crypto Trading Market Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Crypto Trading Market Lead will develop insights into crypto trading operations, build relationships with market participants, and advocate for trader needs while collaborating with Product and Data teams to create monetizable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of crypto trading firms and identify infrastructure limitations that create economic opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with traders and quantitative trading firms to support customer discovery and gather actionable product insights
• Conduct market research and collaborate with the Data team to analyze blockchain and market data for product hypotheses

Required qualifications

• Direct professional experience in crypto trading, quantitative trading, or market making
• Strong understanding of how professional crypto trading firms evaluate infrastructure and execution products
• Existing relationships within the crypto trading ecosystem
• Ability to communicate trader workflows and market dynamics to cross-functional teams
• Experience with MEV, low-latency infrastructure, or blockchain market structure is particularly valuable
