CTBS Certified Team Leader
Job Summary
To support the tissue recovery program, the full-time CTBS Certified Team Leader will manage donor screening, coordinate recovery arrangements, and ensure compliance with established standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on-call donor screening and assign donor numbers to partner programs
- Thoroughly assess potential donors and collaborate with Recovery Members during the recovery phase
- Coordinate all aspects required for donation, including communication with hospitals and other agencies
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in approach/authorization with donor families
- CTBS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a virtual environment
