Job Summary
To enhance organizational culture and employee engagement, the full-time remote Culture & Engagement Partner will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that align with the company's mission and values, while analyzing employee insights to drive measurable improvements in workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct organizational culture assessments and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and actionable insights
- Support the development and execution of culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection and collaboration
- Coordinate communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities for organizational change initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, or related HR programs
- Experience with employee engagement surveys and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a global organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
