Curriculum Design Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of curricular materials, the temporary Curriculum Design Associate will work remotely for approximately three months, focusing on formatting, editing, and quality assurance across various LMS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Format and prepare instructional materials for publication, ensuring adherence to templates and design standards
• Copyedit and proofread materials for grammar, clarity, and usability while conducting QA reviews for accessibility compliance
• Collaborate with instructional designers and product teams to create and revise curriculum resources and manage course migration across LMS platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Experience with developing and formatting instructional materials
• Familiarity with one or more LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Google Classroom
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards or a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
