Curriculum Design Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing training curriculum and instructional development, the full-time remote Curriculum Design Specialist will create consistent design practices, assess training needs, and develop learning programs across various audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce learning materials in multiple formats to support diverse communication and learning needs
• Project manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Evaluate training methodologies and delivery technologies, documenting findings and leading improvement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of instructional design and curriculum planning experience
• Two years of facilitation experience in classroom or virtual settings
• Experience with instructional software such as Captivate and Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and training development best practices
