Curriculum Designer

Job Summary

Designing and implementing training resources, the full-time remote Curriculum Designer will create instructional materials, manage training project plans, and maintain training resources to support customer service and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design instructional materials for the Quality department to enhance learning and performance
• Outline and deliver timely training project plans while facilitating training as needed
• Conduct reviews of training program objectives and modify content as required

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in corporate curriculum design or training development
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate preferred
• Healthcare industry experience and project management experience preferred
