Job Summary
To support a federal customer, the full-time remote Curriculum Designer will develop accessible learning products, collaborate with technical partners, and apply instructional design methods to create effective training materials.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain various types of instructional content, including virtual and computer-based materials
- Apply instructional design methods to define learning objectives, content, and assessments
- Coordinate content review and validation with clinical informatics personnel and ensure compliance with accessibility requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, learning technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development for adult learners
- Proficiency in developing technical training, assessments, and digital learning materials
- Working knowledge of instructional design methods and content version control
