Job Summary
To advance evidence-based teaching and mentoring practices in PhD and postdoctoral education, the part-time Curriculum Development Lead will manage the development and dissemination of educational resources while facilitating national partnerships, working remotely for 20-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development of educational resources and curricula for faculty, staff, and early-career learners across the country
- Manage activities of national working groups and ensure alignment of educational materials with evidence-based strategies
- Facilitate discussions and workshops, while drafting and editing various educational materials for dissemination
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in a scientific discipline, education, communication, or related field
- 5-7 years of related experience, including teaching and facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and implement complex projects or programs
- Experience in the development of educational resources or curricula
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
