Curriculum Systems Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a data-driven Curriculum Systems Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage curriculum changes, maintain class schedules, and ensure data integrity within educational systems while collaborating closely with the Curriculum Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with entering and processing curriculum changes, including new courses and modifications to course details
- Maintain class schedules by managing class additions, cancellations, and cross-listing
- Support the management of faculty assignments and assist in processing syllabi and course outlines in Learning Management Systems
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in higher education preferred, with a focus on education technology
- Significant experience in managing large-scale data integrity and merging reports
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Excel (including VLOOKUP), and creating macros
- Deep expertise with Learning Management Systems
- Growth mindset with a strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
