Job Summary
Owning global project control activities, the full-time remote Customer Application Engineer will provide technical expertise, develop solutions, and ensure consistent functional specifications for project implementation while collaborating with commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions and perform technical analysis to meet client needs during the pre-ITO process
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and integrate work with other teams to achieve business objectives
- Utilize judgment to propose solutions and provide informal guidance to new team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment in a customer-facing role
- 3 years of experience in technical writing, including proposals and manuals
