Job Summary
Supporting growth across the Conventional Grocery channel, the full-time salaried Customer Business Associate will engage with customers and brokers, analyze sales data, and assist in business planning while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for assigned regional Grocery customers and build relationships with retailer contacts and brokers
- Analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of customer meetings and line reviews, ensuring effective communication and follow-through
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, analytics, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
