Job Summary
Handling a high volume of inbound calls, the full-time Customer Care Representative will assist clients' employees with health benefits, retirement plans, and HR-related inquiries while working remotely from Florida.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering questions and providing education on health care benefits and retirement plans
- Processing transactions related to health enrollments, payroll updates, and retirement contributions
- Creating and updating customer files in the database and communicating with third parties for support
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years of customer service experience or a combination of education and experience
- High School diploma, College Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to multi-task using multiple Windows applications while assisting customers
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
- Self-starter with a passion for delivering high levels of customer care and satisfaction
