Job Summary
Fluent in both English and German, the full-time Contract Customer Care Representative will provide exceptional service to European customers primarily through phone, WhatsApp, and email, while being based in the UK for the duration of the contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent consumer service by addressing inquiries related to returns, cancellations, exchanges, and product recommendations
- Act as a product expert, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and website features
